Diamond 20/20 Guarantee
Our industry-unique Diamond 20/20 Guarantee gives our customers the satisfaction of guaranteed deliveries without the astronomical costs with which they are typically associated. An additional $20 charge can be applied to most next-day points to ensure the satisfaction of getting your freight to its destination the next day, guaranteed. If your freight does not deliver on the day promised, then 20% of the total freight charges will be deducted from your invoice upon our failure to perform under the terms of the agreement.

  • Program excludes delays due to Acts of Nature and/or incorrect shipping or receiving procedures (incorrect bill of lading, etc).
  • Diamond 20/20 Guarantee must be established in writing via the Diamond Logistics load confirmation, prior to the execution of shipment.
  • Excludes destination requiring appointments for delivery
  • Next-day points are only verifiable by a Diamond Logistics Sales Associate or Diamond Logistics Management at the time of booking.
 
Diamond $100 Referral Program

Any current customer who refers another shipper to Diamond Logistics will receive $100 credit to be applied to their next invoice. This credit will be granted upon completion and payment of the first load with referred shipper.

  • Limited to one credit per referral.
  • Referral pertains specifically to shippers that have never booked or been quoted by Diamond Logistics at any previous time, under their current name or by any other name.
